Heather graduated from Glasgow University with a Master of Arts. During her studies she worked in France for a year as an English teacher and completed several translation internships, in particular at Procter&Gamble.

Cyrille Guehi joined Axiom Alternative Investments in June 2014 through a graduate internship with the risk management department which then led to a position with the Middle Office team.

Stephen Miller joined Axiom Alternative Investments in 2020 within the IT department after 8 years as an IT consultant for the account of numerous clients including Credit Agricole CACIB, the FNAIM, FAYAT group and UCF.
